Together with OU Libraries on the Norman campus, the Robert M. Bird Library has extended the open access publishing agreement with Frontiers. The new agreement, which is in place until December 31, 2023, offers a 15% discount (increased from 7.5%) off article processing charges (APCs) for publishing open access in any Frontiers journal.

This agreement is one of several "read and publish" contracts available to OUHSC authors offered via the Bird Library. Some agreements waive up to 100% of APCs.
