AMA style is internationally recognized and is used in a number of health sciences disciplines.
The AMA Manual of Style was first published in 1962, and is currently in its 10th edition (2007).
The online edition of the AMA Manual of Style provides search functionality across the full text of the print book, online only updates, quizzes, and options for downloading and sharing content.
OUHSC users can easily access the manual from wherever they happen to be; if you are not on campus remote access is available once you login to the library’s proxy server with your OUHSC userid and password.
If you need additional information about the proxy server please see our remote access handout.
