All rooms are to be reserved by OUHSC staff or faculty. Student reservations must be for a recognized organization and list a faculty sponsor.
Outside users must have an OUHSC staff or faculty sponsor.
Assistance with equipment for the Auditorium or Faculty Atrium is available from Academic Media and Digital Services (AMDS) for a fee and is arranged by submitting a Service Unit Request.
Lectern and microphones can be checked out from AMDS by an OUHSC employee only, during normal business hours, M-F, 8AM-5PM
For a fee, departments requesting lectern can contract hookup to Atrium AV system by submitting an SUR to AMDS
Videoconferencing equipment upgrade will take place in this room April 21-25, 2018.
